The Allen City Council will honor outgoing Mayor Baine L. Brooks and conduct the Swearing-In and Oath ceremony for newly elected Mayor Chris Schulmeister and re-elected Councilmember Tommy Baril during the Allen City Council Regular Meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m.
A reception will be held immediately following the adjournment of the Regular Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
