We’re thrilled to announce the return of Concerts for Young Audiences to the Allen Public Library after a multi-year hiatus during renovations!
This year’s performance features The Conductor’s Spellbook— a magical, interactive concert experience that introduces children to the world of orchestral music. With narration, colorful characters, and a story that invites kids to learn about instruments and even try conducting, it’s the perfect event for elementary-aged students and families alike.
The program also includes epic selections from The Lord of the Rings and the whimsical Uranus, and the Magician from Holst’s The Planets. Come join us for a 1-hour fun, free, magical, family-friendly adventure in music!
Pre-concert crafts begin at 1 p.m., and the concert begins at 2 p.m.
