Speaking at a City Council Meeting
Members of the public can address the council during posted public hearings and citizens' comments. Please complete an online Public Meeting Appearance Card if you plan to speak. This online form is available from the time the agenda is posted until 5 p.m. on the day of the meeting. After that, speakers must complete a paper card, available at the meeting.
